The location is unique and here is offered a wonderful “in the country” accommodation in the middle of town with the pulse of Linnégatan only one tram stop away. Several families with children live along the street. Änggårdsbergen offers great opportunities for active outdoor life, and there are trails for mountain biking and running just outside the house door. It is also close to Castle Forest with its inviting parks and the Botanical Garden with its exotic plants. The house's own garden is wonderful, and lots of different flowers grow here that give color. Fruit trees provide an abundant yield and pallet collars, among other things, potatoes and vegetables grow. The house is in good condition. The wooden floors and the preserved original details give the house a charming setting.
