Homerental Nordic AB (hereinafter Homerental) will always follow the applicable privacy laws and will ensure that all personal information is treated confidentially.

Unless in accordance with the law or a legally binding decision by competent authorities, Homerental will not disclose personal data to third parties without prior consent, unless otherwise specified here.

Homerental Nordic AB will process the following personal data: 

• Name, address, telephone number, social security number and email to process a request when you complete forms on our website
• Your IP address to make the use of our website more efficient
• If you contact Homerental, we store correspondence or comments, which may contain personal data, in order to provide a better service if you contact Homerental again.

Legality of processing

Homerental will:

Legal grounds for processing

Homerental collects and processes your personal data if and to the extent that you have given consent.

If and to the extent your request results in an agreement between you and Homerental, your personal data which was collected and processed when the request was made will be processed to the extent necessary to meet Homerental’s commitments under the relevant agreement.

In addition, Homerental will process your personal data to the extent Homerental is obliged to do so by law or by decision of an authority.

Data processor

Homerental allows a data processor to process all personal data firstly by the storage of data and secondly the operation of our systems. The data processor may also read, arrange and send personal data as instructed by Homerental.

The data processor will only process your personal data on servers located within the EU/EEA border controlled by the data processor.

Cookies - are third-party regardless

Homerental uses cookies to provide a more user-friendly website. Third-party cookies may also be used (e.g. Google Analytics or other tools) for analytical purposes and/or to improve traffic and your user experience.

If you do not wish to have cookies installed on your computer or wish to restrict the processing of such data, your browser may in some cases allow you to opt out or anonymise your IP address.

Security

Homerental ensures that appropriate technical and organisational measures are taken to protect your personal data against unauthorised access or destruction, unlawful processing, or accidental loss or damage.

Homerental uses a secure server where your personal data is processed, and limits access to personal data within the organisation. Authorisation to access personal data is provided only to individuals within the organisation, and to the data processor, for the sole purpose of carrying out their duties.

Changes to this privacy policy

Homerental reserves the right to change this privacy policy as necessary, for example to comply with changes in laws and regulations. Any such change will be published on the Homerental website.
