Welcome to a lovely house in a quiet and child-friendly area with the forest as your nearest neighbor!

The entrance floor has a bright and open floor plan between the kitchen and the living room from where you access the beautiful terrace with a forest view. On the second floor you have three bedrooms, a living room, bathroom and a closet with a practical small office space. Located close to nature reserves, swimming lake, schools and shopping.

On the ground floor you also have a second entrance, laundry room, another closet, and a bathroom. At the front of the house, you have a dedicated area for bicycles and a carport with a charging box for electric cars.

The house is unfurnished although outdoor furniture are available if you wish. We have all the contracts needed for electricity, water, broadband and home alarm so you don’t need to start any new contracts. You will pay a monthly flat rate. Every six months we go through the bills together and adjust if needed.
