The apartment has a small kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, sleeping alcove with a continental double bed and a walk-in closet. There is also a small storage room in the basement. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor overlooking the lush courtyard. The area and the house are extremely quiet and cozy. Proximity to both the centre of Limhamn and the sea, which can be reached within a few minutes by bike. Good connections to the City, Hyllie Train Station and Central Station.
